We do all we can to get it right, every time.

It’s always nice to hear positive feedback, and we really value this. We would also like this be shared on our google so others can hear your experiencies. Tamar Health, will ask you before we share your views.

We’ll try to resolve any issues you encounter as soon as we’re aware of them.

We will fully investigate your complaint and ensure that we address everything as soon as possible.

We’ll be impartial, admit if we’ve done something wrong and do all we can to make things right.

We will contact you to let you know the outcome of your complaint.

It is important that you provide as much information as possible, including name, time, clinician details.

Investagtions can take time, but we will keep you informed. And we hope to conclude this process within 28 days.


If you are not happy with the response then please reply and ask for this to be escluated to the CEO for further review.

This does not affect your ability to complain to the clinical regulators of the individual professions.
