Blood Tests
Fast, professional blood testing with clear results
Whether your clinician recommends blood tests or you’d like to arrange them yourself, we make the process simple and straightforward.
Two Ways to Access Blood Tests
During a consultation. When you see the GP or ACP, they may recommend blood tests as part of your care. If so, we can take your blood sample during or immediately after your appointment, no need to return or book separately. This is the most common route for blood testing.
Stand-Alone Blood Tests. Already know which tests you need? You can book a phlebotomy appointment directly without a consultation. This comes with the result only and no clinical support or interpretation.
This is ideal if:
* You need specific tests for insurance or other purposes.
* Your NHS GP has requested specific tests.
* You’re monitoring an existing condition.
* You want health screening blood tests.
Below is a preset list of commonly requested tests. By using pre-made selections, you get the best price from the laboratory.
We can also arrange more specialist testing, including intolerance and allergy panels, and heavy metal screening
Getting Your Results
Timeframe: Most routine blood test results are available within 2-5 working days. Some specialised tests may take longer, we’ll let you know when you book.
How we communicate results:
Urgent Results If your results show anything requiring urgent attention, we’ll contact you as soon as possible, usually the same day we receive them, by phone, SMS, or email, depending on your choice.
By email (No charge) Once your results are ready and reviewed, a clinician will email you with the results. Sometimes this is automatic from the Lab. If you want a phone call to discuss the details, this will be charged at £10 for up to 5 minutes. We’ll explain what the results mean and advise on any steps needed.
In Person (Follow-up fee applies) If you prefer to discuss your results face-to-face, or if your results require more detailed discussion, we can arrange a follow-up appointment. This would be charged at our standard follow-up consultation rate (£30 for 10 minutes).
