Planned Healthcare on Your Schedule

Routine appointments with experienced GPs and APs for ongoing health management and preventative care.

Routine appointments are for planned, non-urgent healthcare: managing ongoing conditions, preventative care, health screening, and concerns that don’t require immediate attention but deserve proper time and assessment. Book at a time that suits you and come prepared for a thorough, unhurried consultation.

Our Advanced Practitioners have extensive experience in primary and preventative care. Every routine appointment is face-to-face, because we believe in-person care makes a real difference to outcomes.

Preparing for your appointment

To get the most from your appointment, it helps to come prepared. Here’s what to bring:

  • Photo ID (we need to verify who you are before we can consult)
  • All medications you are taking, both prescribed and over-the-counter
  • Any previous blood test results or relevant investigation reports
  • A written list of your questions, as minds can go blank in appointments
  • Details of your concerns so we can work through them together
  • Relevant family medical history if booking for screening
  • Honest information about alcohol, smoking, and drug use, as this helps us get the best outcome
  • Exercise habits and diet overview if attending for lifestyle or wellness review
