Why choose routine appointments?
Take Control of Your Health
No Rushing: Routine appointments give you time to discuss your concerns properly without the pressure of short appointments.
Preventative Care: Regular check-ups and screening can catch problems early, when they’re easier to treat.
Better Planning: Book at a time that suits you, rather than fitting around urgent illness.
Comprehensive Review: More time to discuss multiple concerns, review your full medical history, and create long-term health plans.
Continuity of Care: Build a relationship with your clinician who gets to know your health over time.

What to bring?
We need to be sure who you are, this means photo ID before we can consult.
All medication you are taking, prescribed and over the counter.
Any blood test or other relevant information that will help the clinician to know what has happened so far.
Bring a list of your questions, minds tend to go blank in appointments. Bring your concerns so we can work through these with you.
If you are booking for a screening assessment, relevant family medical history can be helpful, and amounts of exercise, smoking, drug and alcohol use – please be honest, this will help us get the best outcome.
