All appointments are face to face at our Plymouth clinic.

| Ear wax microsuction, one ear | £55 | 20 min | Includes the £35 assessment fee paid when you book. |
| Ear wax microsuction, both ears | £65 | Up to 30 min | Includes the £35 assessment fee paid when you book. |
| Ear follow-up | £30 | 30 min | A follow-up visit for your ears, if needed. |

If English is not your first language, we can arrange a phone interpreter for your appointment. Our clinicians consult in English.
How payment works.
Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book.
What you pay and when
- Appointments£45 when you bookFor urgent and routine appointments. Health assessments are paid in full when you book.
- Blood tests£25 when you bookThe balance is paid in clinic. If bloods are taken in a consultation, the £25 draw fee is taken off.
- Ear wax£35 when you bookThe balance is paid in clinic. If there is no wax, you pay nothing more.
What is included
No add-on charges.
Your appointment fee covers your assessment, any examination, your diagnosis and plan, and any referral or clinical letters written as part of your care.
Blood tests are charged separately. Prescription medicine is paid for at the pharmacy. Quick admin questions, such as checking a booking, are free.

As a small clinic, missed appointments stop us seeing other patients. Please give as much notice as you can.

Paying
Are your fees the same for everyone?
Yes. Fees are fixed, whatever your age, health or reason for coming. The price confirmed when you book is the price you pay.
Why do you take payment when I book?
It secures your slot and helps us manage appointments fairly. You always know the full fee before you pay.
Do you accept health insurance?
No. All appointments are self-pay. Some insurers refund part of the cost of self-pay appointments, so it is worth asking yours. We cannot process claims directly.
Extras
Are blood tests included in my appointment fee?
No. Tests are charged separately. If bloods are taken in a consultation, the £25 draw fee is taken off, so you only pay for the tests. Prices are on our price list.
What is the £5 prescription charge for?
It covers issuing your prescription and sending it securely to the pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions. If your medicine is posted to you, postage is £5 extra.
What if I have more than one problem?
We cover what we can in your appointment. If you have a lot to discuss, a health assessment gives you longer. You will never be charged more than the agreed fee without your knowledge.
