Your care does not end when the appointment finishes. We always provide clear, personalised advice so you know exactly what to expect once you leave the clinic. This includes guidance on symptoms that are normal, symptoms that may require attention and how long recovery or improvement usually takes.
If you have had an examination, procedure, or health screen your clinician will explain the next steps before you go. For procedures such as ear wax removal you will receive written information to support you at home. Blood test results are returned promptly and are explained in straightforward language. If a follow up appointment is recommended, we will arrange this with you at a time that suits you.
We encourage patients to contact the clinic if anything feels unclear or if new symptoms develop. Your safety and peace of mind are very important, and we are here to answer questions that may arise after your visit.
When your results indicate the need for further investigation, we will guide you to the most appropriate pathway. This may include a repeat appointment, lifestyle advice, or referral to a specialist either in the NHS or private.
