When you want everything checked.
Most health checks cover the basics. The Full Health Check goes further, with the heart risk markers many checks leave out, such as ApoB, Lipoprotein(a) and High-Sensitivity CRP, plus Insulin, a complete Thyroid panel and a full urine test.
It suits people who want a thorough baseline, or who want to understand their long term risks while there is still time to act.

What is measured
What the Full Health Check covers.
| Area | What is checked | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Heart | Full Cholesterol panel, ApoA1, ApoB, Lipoprotein(a), High-Sensitivity CRP | Gives a much clearer picture of heart and stroke risk than Cholesterol alone. |
| Blood sugar | HbA1c, Insulin, C-peptide and Leptin | Picks up insulin resistance years before diabetes. |
| Kidneys | Kidney function, Cystatin C and a full urine test | Early kidney changes rarely cause symptoms. |
| Liver | Liver enzymes, Bilirubin and proteins | Fatty liver is common and often silent. |
| Thyroid | TSH, Free T4, Free T3 and both Antibodies | A common cause of tiredness and weight change. |
| Blood and Iron | Full Blood Count, Reticulocytes, ESR, Iron Studies, Ferritin, B12 and Folate | Checks for anaemia and the nutrients that often run low. |
| Bones and muscles | Calcium, Phosphate, Magnesium, Parathyroid Hormone and Creatine Kinase | Bone health, and muscle strain or damage. |

- Want more than a standard check
About the cancer markers
These checks include some tumour markers, such as PSA, CA-125 and CA15-3, and CEA and CA19-9 in the Advanced checks.
They are not cancer screening tests. A raised level is often not cancer, and a normal level does not rule it out. If you have worrying symptoms, book an appointment instead.
Your results
What your results mean.
With this many results, a few are often just outside the range. Most of the time this is not significant. We look at everything together and tell you what matters, and what does not.
If something needs follow-up, we explain the next step. That may be a repeat test, an appointment with us, or a letter to your GP if you want one.
Blood tests give information. They do not diagnose a condition on their own. We explain your results in the context of your symptoms, medicines and history.
