Our Women’s Summer Sport Health Check is a simple private blood test at our Plymouth clinic, with results back the next working day in most cases.
Start with The Warm Up – £105
The Warm Up is our affordable entry point and a brilliant baseline. For £105 all-inclusive it covers the essentials women most often ask about:
Full blood count, liver & kidney health, full cholesterol/heart panel, blood sugar (HbA1c), vitamin D, iron stores (ferritin), inflammation marker, thyroid function (TSH).
Low iron and thyroid changes are two of the most common reasons women feel tired, run down or unable to recover well – and both are easy to check.

Want to understand your hormones or get the fullest possible picture? Two upgrades go deeper:
The Women’s Open – £169. Everything in The Warm Up, plus a full female hormone panel: oestradiol, FSH, LH, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone and SHBG – helpful for cycle, energy, mood and libido questions.
The Regatta – £198. Our most complete women’s panel: full iron studies, B12 and folate, muscle health marker (CK), full thyroid, female hormones, vitamin D and calcium, uric acid and an ovarian marker (CA125). The most thorough option if you want everything in one go.
Add a physical check for just £10. Add an in-clinic health assessment to any package – blood pressure, weight, BMI, waist, resting heart rate and a lifestyle review – so your results sit alongside a full physical baseline.
How it works
Book online with a £25 deposit to secure your slot; the balance is paid in clinic on the day. Please fast for 10-12 hours (water is fine) and avoid exercise the morning of your draw. All appointments are booked in advance. This is a blood test service and does not constitute a diagnosis – if you have specific health concerns, our clinical team is happy to help.
